Refund policy

10 Hours of Fashion Boutique does accept EXCHANGES ONLY with online orders only as we understand that sometimes clothing might not fit appropriately and will need to be exchanged.  In this instance, simply post the item back to us within 3 days.  Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipts, labels and we will gladly swap/exchange your item for an alternative size.  We do not accept items which have been already used or with any unusual scents or smoke scent.  If we no longer have the merchandise in your size required/needed in stock we can only issue a store credit.

Final sale items, like preorder custom made items and gift cards may not be returned.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed.  We’ll email you to confirm that it’s complete.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for you to return the package and the replaced item.  It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by 10 Hours of Fashion,  when a replacement item is sent back to you either.  All in-store purchases there are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS.  So please try on all items if you are unsure if it may fit.  You can also contact us at any time should you need further assistance.
