Olive vegan leather featuring slight high neck top/dress with two drawstrings on each front side to allow a ruching effect to make the top/dress shorter to your liking. Allows you to wear as a dress or top, it also creates a deeper hi low look.  It features puff sleeve and a small key hole on the backside with button closures on the back wrist. No stretch but runs big with relaxed fit. Will fit up to 3X according to bust size.  Limited quantity in stock but available for pre-order. Allow 3 weeks from time of order.  Also available in black.
